The Face Behind the Wildflowers

I guide women through pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood.

Using real food, healing herbs, and holistic lifestyle practices, I help you shed the overwhelm and reclaim your maternal sovereignty. Motherhood shouldn't feel like survival.

I’m here to tell you that it's possible to feel grounded, energetic, and deeply nourished in every phase of your childbearing years.

My Motherhood Journey

I’ll give it to you straight. My first pregnancy was wonderful. My home birth was challenging yet empowering. And then… postpartum completely kicked my ass.

I was not at all prepared for the massive changes that went down in my body and life. Worst of all, I was unprepared for food. I cringe to say it—I’m a health coach, after all—but everything else seemed more important. I failed to plan or prep recovery meals in advance.

As a result, I felt like I was straight-up starving every single day. I wound up with postnatal depletion and thyroid issues. But through that dark season, a seed was planted within me that would eventually grow into Wildflower Medicine.

"motherhood is meant to be enjoyed. And to take exceptional care of your family, you must start by filling your own cup."

Fast forward one year, and surprise—I was pregnant again! I knew that if I was going to thrive, I had to take care of myself on a whole new level.

I prepped ahead like crazy. I stocked my freezer with nutrient-dense recovery meals for the fourth trimester so that after my second baby was born, I didn’t have to cook for months. I ate like a queen, and my postpartum experience was completely healing. I healed faster, had more energy, slept better, and felt hormonally stable.

Society has normalized mothers feeling run-down and miserable, but I know first-hand it does not have to be this way.
